  • How do I book online?
    Its simple, book with us via our website. Go to the book now page with one click and fill out your details, press submit and we'll be in touch with you shortly. Garden party: BOOK NOW Or if your hosting at a Venue: VENUE BOOK NOW
  • What happens after I've booked?
    1. We'll be in-touch You'll get an email from us to confirm your booking! 2. Delivery We'll arrive on your booking date, on the agreed time and Set Up the whole cinema experience for you. 3. Time to Enjoy You're garden/venue will be transformed into a cinema night to remember! With attention to detail through-out and a Setup to impress, for everybody to enjoy! 4. Collection After your amazing event is over, we even come and collect everything the next day!
  • How do I contact you?

  • How will my booking be confirmed?
    Your booking will be confirmed via email after payment. Once payment is made via bank transfer, we will send you the relevant booking confirmation. These will include full details of the booking, evidence of your payment, general information on the service as well as terms and conditions.
  • Are we allowed the equipment for longer?
    At a small extra cost, this is possible, subject to availability, but we would ask that all equipment is kept in a safe, locked, and dry area to ensure safety and security. During the booking process, you can ask for a selected collection time that best suits you as long as the equipment is stored correctly if unattended.
  • How do I pay?
    To secure a booking, we require the full fee at the time of booking, including refundable deposit. This is paid via bank transfer, at least 7 days before the booking date.
  • What is the refundable-deposit?
    The Deposit is in addition to the booking cost. The Deposit is refunded after the ScreenTogether team have collected all their equipment back and checked said equipment is in a satisfactory condition. The Deposit will be sent back to the customer via their nominated bank account.
  • How will the equipment fit in my Garden/House?
    We will ask pre-booking for images, size, and information on your garden/house. This will allow us to modify any packages to fit. We will inform you of the dimensions of the screens and gazebo available to fit the space you have.
  • What is a Package and a Theme?
    Think of our Themes as the overall décor (decorations). and our Packages as the amount of equipment provided.
  • Can we pick a time of delivery?
    Yes!! We want to give the freedom to you to ensure it fits around your schedule. We are available day and night to deliver and collect. We would, however, require this information on booking to ensure we can fit other transport into our schedules.
  • What if the weather is bad?
    But we know how unpredictable the weather can be! We do try our best to cater to weather conditions by providing suitable equipment such as overhead rain resistant gazebos, hardware protection and checking the weather situation prior to bookings.
  • How many plugs does it need?
    You would need to make available 2 indoor mains plug wall sockets.
  • What if anything gets damaged?
    We would only keep your deposit if there was any damage to our equipment, but we understand that normal wear and tear can take place. It is not our intention to keep the deposit unless absolutely necessary. If the equipment has been severely damaged or stolen, we reserve the right to charge a fee to help cover repair or loss.
  • What garden themes do you offer?

  • Is the projector easy to operate?
    We will set the projector up for you, ready to use on a stand to the correct positioning. The controls are easily accessible on the top with an easy on and off button. It has a manual focus and zoom which can be adjusted if needs be. There are further controls which can be used if desired. We will also provide easy to follow guides to help with using the equipment.
  • Do you supply any seating?
    Each outdoor package we offer comes with up to 6 deck chairs. Beyond this, we charge a small fee for extras.
  • Do you supply rain cover?
    Yes, we supply cover for all outdoor packages which offers a good degree of rain protection and we can supply bigger sizes if needed at further cost, if available. Our rain-proof Gazebos start at 3 x 3 metres and more can be supplied, as required.
  • Can my friend book with you as-well?
    Yes! Anyone can book a Cinema experience package, so long as they follow our terms & conditions and have a garden/venue that's at-least 3.5metres x 6.5metres! If you refer a friend and you've already booked with us, Get in touch, we'll add a discount to your friends booking as a bonus!
