We provide Cinema Screens, Projectors, Speakers, surrounding decorations, technical support/guidance, full delivery, set-up and collection!
Fancy showing special memories on your big day? We can create a beautiful screen set up to project your images and videos for your wonderful guests. With wedding themed décor, we can add candles, lighting, pampas grass, lanterns and more. This special set up can add such a unique touch to a wedding and brings that togetherness you might be looking for.

We can partner with a range of support services to enhance the experience you are wanting to create. Ranging from refreshments, pop up bars, cakes, balloon arches and more! Special features can make an event unforgettable, and we want to help create this for you. WHAT WE OFFER FOR YOU
By choosing us for your event we’ll take on-board what matters to you, making sure we understand your vision! To really add to your amazing event and to reduce the stress of needing to set it up yourself. We provide Cinema Screens, Projectors, Speakers, surrounding decorations, technical support/guidance, full delivery-setup and collect!
We offer a wide range of screen sizes, from small which are great for gatherings of 2-15, to medium, great for 20-40 people and our large ranges that are simply perfect for 40-120 guests! Each has its purpose, and each brings an impressive focal point to your event!
Sharp image projectors are fully setup and ready to start by you, bringing such a focal point to your event, whether it’s a Movie Night, Celebration, Sporting Event, Presentation, Our projectors produce high frame rates, bright bold colours and high quality imagery to amaze.
Providing one or multiple high-volume speakers, we aim to cater the volume to your guest numbers, with careful consideration as to how many speakers are needed and to what volume, making sure everyone is immersed in the entertainment, while also setting our default audio levels during setup to an appropriate decibel output.
We also provide around the Screen Decorations for you! This comes in a variety of themes and is only setup around the Cinema Screens and any adjacent stage, bringing an enhanced focal point, these themes consist of the following and all come with subtle lighting as an added bonus:
BOHO THEME – White, Creams & Brown décor – Tall dry grasses, lighting, rolling blankets, blanket and pillow selection, apple crates etc
CELEBRATION THEME – candles, lights, bunting.
SPORTS THEME – lighting, black & white bunting.
KIDS THEME – colourful balloons, bean bags and lighting.
CHRISTMAS THEME – rolling red blanks, candles, Christmas stockings and mini-Christmas trees.

Click & Collect (Logistics)
Once we’ve agreed on the date, we’ll make every effort to keep you posted on and around the event, simply informing you when we’ll be arriving, setting up and collecting! All of which takes the hassle off, for you! We promptly setup, when and where you’d like the equipment/décor before the guests arrive and go through our tech-support stages, making sure everything runs smoothly, with only the requirement of a signature on your side only (click to read Terms and Conditions here)
At an additional cost we offer seating via independent delivery, if you’d like this as part of your quote simply inform us and we’ll get right on it for you! We are great believers in great seating, so why should we make everyone sit on the floor 😉 Our most common seating and adjacent packages are focused around Deck-Chairs, these low seated, excellently support, cloth chairs, do wonders when anyone has to sit down for longer periods of time, these are our common recommendations, but feel free to choose alternatives if needs be.
We also have Technical Support, during delivery, setup & collection, this by default includes a full setup of all our equipment at your event, troubleshooting, testing, fine-tuning all equipment such as image quality checks, health and safety equipment checks, audio & audio level tests and is provided to bring ease to your experience, so you only need to press Go and nothing more!
Dependent on availability we do offer Tech-support during your event, these team members keep an eye on all technology and performance throughout and can provide assistance, making everything run that bit more smoothly! They cannot however provide replace equipment if breakages happen during events, at this current time.
